It’s getting warmer! Being one of those people that would rather be hot than cold I’m pretty darn excited about the weather turning into the great Spring and Summer months. Refreshing and cold drinks are part of the warm weather elements that I savor.
For those of you on a liquid diet this is just the ticket. You’ll enjoy the coolness and relish the fruity flavor. Raspberries are a good bariatric fruit because they are low in sugar. As usual, make sure these ingredients are tolerable on your bariatric diet.
Be careful to sip this tasty drink. Even though this delicious smoothie may beg you to take it all down quickly; take your time, enjoy every sip, and no gulping! You don’t want to have any kind of bariatric dumping symptoms.

- 1 cup cold water
